      Freaks Summer Coffee




      Freaks Cherry Coffee Lover:

      2 Tassen starken Espresso (kalt stellen)
      350 ml kalte Milch
      4 Kugeln Vanilleis
      Zwei Handvoll entkernte Kirschen
      (Aus dem Glas oder jetzt im Sommer frisch!)
      Mark einer Vanilleschote
      2 Essl. Zucker
      Geschlagene Sahne/ Schokosplitter

      Kirschen waschen und entkernen.
      Kalten Espresso, Milch, Eis, Zucker und Vanillemark mit einem Stabmixer schaumig rühren.
      Vier hohe Gläser - in jedes Glas das untere Viertel mit ein paar Kirschen füllen.
      Mit der Vanilleeis/Kaffeemilch auffüllen.
      Auf jedes Glas ein Häubchen mit geschlagener Sahne setzen, Schokosplitter und eine Kirsche drauf.

      Kleiner Tipp:
      Wer diesen leckeren Sommershake mit etwas "Hicks" möchte - Einfach die Kirschen
      vor dem einfüllen mit etwas Kirschlikör beträufeln.
